Youths, coaches, volunteers from Dumfries Hockey Club gathered from 1730 hours at Dumfries Sports Club (Nunholm) for the annual end-of-season get-together, with the youths enjoying the freedom of the grass for an impromptu run-around before a burger from the barbecue with snacks and a drink, followed by traybakes; chocolate and fruit.

Then, at 1900 hours the group were joined by parents and friends for the presentation of awards 2025. President, James Aitken presented the prizes, with Youth Secretary Gladys McClymont reading the prize list:
