Dumfries 2's 0-6 Strathclyde Uni 2's

An unfortunate home loss on Wednesday, Dumfries ladies 2s played against Strathclyde university women’s 2s. Dumfries gained passback but Strathclyde was quick to intercept. The game was a mixed possession going between both teams, but unfortunately Strathclyde beating through Dumfries and scoring on number outs occasions. At least the weather held strong for the game making a great night for a good game of hockey. Dumfries saw some great play and superb passes over the whole field, unluckily not conceding any goals. Well done to Georgia for having some great saves but just an unfortunate end result overall. Player of the match was Emily! The ladies 2s are ready to get back to the pitch on Friday night for their last league game of the season.
